not a fantastic place really, bunch of teenie boppers, the music is way too loud and the place is filled with smoke non stop.

Premier tourist destination for anyone wishing to see a bit of german heritage while on their stay in Adelaide.

ONly a 20 minute drive via the freeway from Adelaide.
Plenty of nice german food, lolly shops, bric a brac etc.

Ideal for a daytrip for family and friends.

Photo taken was on my recent trips to hahndorf, a typical german lunch called, the jagermeister, hmmmmmm, yummy, with sauerkraut.

A pretty fantastic place, it is a big dam for the barossa reservoir about 50km from Adelaide.

The amazing and fun thing is, that the retaining wall has an accoustic affect which lets people whisper from one end to the other, the voice travelling clearly over the distance.
