was there in 2003 (i think) cutting christmas trees and picking strawberries! interesting place, cold in winter, expensive to eat out … but very beautiful … has the usual nordic politeness and silence ,, but people pretty approachable and fun once you talk to them in english … might be the best model of socialism on the planet … never made it to copenhagen but would love to visit some day … CONS: airfare kind of expensive … best to rent a van and drive there (also hotels VERY expensive)

i liked the viking culture is still manifested in the daily lifes of the natives … food ok, but nothing to jump about specially if one is used to mediterranean food culture.

i loved that country and its people … and not just for those funny cigarretes that one can smoke quite freely (unlike here, in USA, the land of the free ja ja BUAAAAAHHH!!!)

only think i missed was mountains .. not for nothing they call it nederland /// other than that, is a very free and peaceful country, well communicated, and girls have a very sweet accent when they blab in dutch …

i rent a room sometimes whole apartment for $30 a night including breakfast … also interest in exchange to visit other contries
