I went with my church thru an orginization called group workcamps. we helped rebuild a woman house that had been damaged by flooding. it was very rewarding and fun.

I got an amazing duffel bag there.
$25 polka dots.
barter.
but not with the chinese woman up front with the beads. trust me.

we went, but no one was playing :(
there was this white cat that stays there.
my friend mike named it Mr.frizzles.
no clue why.
very cool though

beignets are from heaven. powdered sugar everywhere!
