Great relaxing city. Lot’s to do. Lot’s to see. Great parks to sit down and enjoy the people walking by. Great food also, it’s like their world is only about eating and meeting friends at bars.

I would go back, just as I would go back to Barcelona but I still have so many places to go…

Friends of us live there and we went for a short vacation/long weekend. They showed us the tourist places and the great bakeries with all those sweet pastries, drewl. And the pizza… well it’s Italy so they are the best, can’t say less about them. And the crepes and the ‘finger food’ at bars around 19.00.

We went for a day to lago di como by train and that was great too. Beautiful nature, great for a relaxing afternoon.

Tip: how do you recognize a Milano upper class human being? They are the ones who ware there sunglasses in the subway…

We have set our goals to Tokyo! Now we must save our money and live small… they told us it’s very expensive over there.

I would realy like to go into the (modern) artistic scene (I love Takashi Murakami’s work), so if you have suggestions or if you are willing to guide us through the artistic hotspots, let me know!

I expected a green island full with exotic flowers. The opposite is true… but never the less a beautifull island.

Our goal was to relax and i can say that we reached our goal ;) The beaches are great, the water calm, food delicious and when you like fishes (i don’t…) you can dive and see nice coral and colorfull fish.

Well, Curacao is nothing like the Dom. Rep. I expected a green island full with exotic flowers. The opposite is true…

nice view at the mountains, authentic swiss buildings, little shop centre, great food..

place called Blatten, small town but near the largest glacier in Europe (i’ve been told). beautifull nature. took a trip to Saasfee once to take a walk trough snow in the middle of the summer! brrrr… awesome. once i almost didn’t survive, we went to a so called “massaschlucht” when suddenly the water (below zero degrees) came up high, we were saved by the local rescuers, thanks again guys!

Friends of me moved to Milano! A great opportunity for me to finally visit Milano and eat real Italian pizza and pasta, maybe this year??

I’ve booked a vacation to Curacao, to my opinion that’s almost Dom. Republic… beach, sun, nice people. The reason why Curacao in stead of Dom. Republic is that I know some people who live there now. Half an hour from Willemstad with beachview and I will have an own porch!! whoeha!

this week there’s much to do. Dutch design week just started, so lots of creative people in Eindhoven, including me ;) We have “stratumseind” which is a street with nothing else than bars and clubs for all the partypeople, on queensday we have loads of techno on several locations in the centre. For dinner i can recommend “dommelstraat” which is close to central station and is full with restaurants from irish food to mexican… My hotspot is “de Effenaar” on saturdaynight and on nights when there’s a concert i want to go to.
