Cross streets carefully

The scariest thing about Rome is the traffic. It’s chaos. Learn how to read the bus routes right away, as it is the best way to get around. The Vatican is way more impressive than I had expected, and the Colloseum was underwhelming for what I had expected. Regardless, Rome is a pretty interesting place.

We did a whirlwind tour between Pisa, Venice and Florence, and I wish we had spent the entire time in Venice.

Only one thing to see...

Pisa is a stop off on your way to/from the airport, that’s all. Go to Venice.
