Worth visiting!
How this place changed my life — 1 year ago
Spent 3 months on the remote Island in Lake Superior working with the Student Conversation Association repairing trails and campsites. Myself and five other strangers from across the US worked, laughed, explored, loved, and discovered the Island and ourselves. I’ve never experienced this type of connection before with nature, humankind, and myself. I long to return to feel this connection once again.
Highly recommended for hikers, nature lovers, and anybody else who believes in the power of nature.
