Detroit, Wayne County

15 years too late

The city of Detroit has some nice places and the exact opposite as well.

In general, I believe that if Detroit would have started to put some money into renovating the downtown area 15 years ago it would be a really nice place to visit. However, they didn’t, and due to that, the city is really run down. I feel sorry for the residents of Detroit, as if I lived there, I’d be kind of ashamed of how “my” downtown looked.

Comerica Park, Foxtown

Baseball Fans

From my vantage point, coming to Comerica (after being at The “Big A”, Busch Stadium III, and PETCO Park). This place really isn’t anything to write home about. Its nice, the people really cheered for the Tigers, but there was this empty feeling that I had when I was there.
