Townsville
Awsome town (100,000) just a short drive south of Cairns or North of Brisbane. It is in its own little rain shadow, so although its surronded by quasi-jungle, the town itself is bone dry and beutifully sunny most of the year. Its built around the scenic Ross River, which is great for biking, and always has a cool breeze blowing in from the ocean.
