This place is well connected to the city, about 12 min by tram.
Also, taxwise, it’s much better than Zurich city.
The sundowns are sheer fantastic.

..was at the end of 2006.
Streets were blocked by cars, event lots of kilometers before AlV.
Crazy, we needed 1h to get only through the city.
The IBIS hotel wanted 168 euros for the doble room, so we avoided to stay here and went to spain instead, where we hiked to Barcelona next day.

Since April, I am working in Luxembourg, for Clearstream, one of two clearing houses in Europe.
The town is lovely and quite expensive – no problem when you are used to london prices….
:-}

However.. it´s fantastic 2.5 hrs to the Beach ( Belgium, Brugge), 4-5hrs to nodmandy, about 45min to the center of Champange, Epernay !

I love this city!

Unfortunately, I am an expat now in Luxembourg.

Great stay at the motel “Pic de l’Aurore” in 1999!
Had a nice chat there with the lady at the bar, lasted from lunch to the evening.
Finally took a motel room, but had to leave very early. Dropped the key in the mail.
Continued the tour, beginning in Toronto, along the coastline to NYC.
Want to go back!
