Atlanta, Georgia

ATL by marie314_808

All I can rememeber is I had a horrible time here. Not because of the city or the people, but because of the people I went with. It was Memorial Weekend the year Princess Dianna died. My friend did not book our hotel and due to the holiday they were all booked up so we ended up staying in some whore hotel were we were offered marijuana and our guys were offered a “lady” for the night. I couldn’t believe it…………….BUT overall I probably would have had a nice time……

I have losts of family members who live here on my father’s side we went to some beach, but it was kind of cold so we didn’t get, but I was told that Detroit was across the way. Anybody knows that what beach I’m talking about?

St. Misery is what is should be called by marie314_808

I was born and raised in St. Louis and when I was in high school I swore I would get out of that city, and I did. There are much nicer cities to live in……….The one good thing is you get to experience all four seasons.

Honolulu, O'ahu

Honolulu by marie314_808

Honolulu is a nice place to live IF you have money. It is extremely expensive to live here the average price for renting a 2 bd apartment, that is not that big by the way, is around $1200-1500. The public school system is horrible unless you live in the Diamond Head, Kahala, Ewa Beach, or Mililani areas just to name a few. Oahu is nice if you just need somewhere to go to clear your head and get your life in order. I have lived here for 4 years now, by way of St. Louis. I plan on moving to Nevada with my two children ages 3 and 13 in pursuit of my BSW. The crime rate is very, very low here, a big plus if you have children.

Good points: weather, crime rate, beaches, public transportation

Bad points: public school system, traffic, affordable housing
