Not one of the nicest places I’ve been. The economy was piss poor and people are hired here for cheap labor. Marshall University was nice. There were some decent bars around there to play darts.. but I wouldn’t go here on purpose.
over 5 years agoIts a Beach. There are much nicer beaches but we used to always go here because it was cheap.
over 5 years agoIts not my thing.. I used to have to go here as a kid with my family and I always hated it. I dont like blue grass music or country though. I think unless you enjoy country music, and people who love to exaggerate their southern/ country accents.. you will not enjoy time spent here.
