Soooooo much great food.

And fantastic places to visit. And surrounding mountains are very accessible. Great people too, esp in the Wuchang side with all the schools and students.

Walking the bridge spanning the Yangtze is a majestic experience.

I enjoyed my time in Taiwan so much. Best coffee I’ve ever had, amazing (AMAZING!) food, great people, beautiful landscapes.

I can’t wait until I go back. I know exactly where I’m going as soon as I get out of the airport in Taipei too. My favorite local noodle stand about a block away from my favorite coffee place. Then to the coast ^__ (weather and warmth depending…I know I’m going again..just don’t know when =-P).
