Waterford Lakes used to be nothing a few years ago. Now there are so many shops that there’s practically nothing that you can’t find here. I now live in the new city of Waterford Lakes, after it became its own city. It’s very convenient living right down the street from the Waterford Lakes towncenter. You can watch a movie at the Regal Waterford Lakes theatre, or enjoy a nice dinner at the many restaurants there, such as Macaroni Grill, TGI Fridays, Smokey Bones, Ale House, and a ton of other establishments. There’s also a Circuit City, Best Buy, Home Depot, Lowes, Target, Office Depot and much more.

I’d definitely recommend checking it out, especially before the holidays come around. Once the holiday shoppers start shopping, it can be a nightmare trying to drive around.

The first time I went here, I waited over an hour in line. The ride was fairly new. Definitely not worth the long line. Although they had some amusing things in the line, it was not enough to pass the time. It felt like the ride only lasted 1 minute.

If the lines are short, I’d recommend checking it out, but I don’t think it’s worth a long wait in line.

It was ok to visit this place. Fortunately, I had friends that worked here and got me in for free. It’s like a fun science center.

Also on the third floor (or since the building is upside-down, the basement), I’d recommend playing some laser tag.
