I should have experienced culture shock when I moved over from Sri Lanka. I didn’t.
The people here are so nice and welcoming. I remember the hot (read very very hot) summers, doing laps (in the car and in the pool), hanging out at Phil’s and Chris’, the theatre 44.
over 5 years agoA whole bunch of Australians landed in St. Simons for a week to see our mate getting hitched to a local lass.
