I was on tour.
It was good because the sun was shining, it was beautiful and fresh and i camped on the top of a beautiful valley and all the people I met there were very friendly.
It was bad because a drunken Australian (an Australian- who’d believe it?!) threw a chair at the stage when I was singing then started a fight.

It was very hot, crowded and smelly! That said, it’s still a very beautiful city, but try and go there off-season and if you’re traveling on a budget then take a packed lunch with you as the restaurants are very pricey!

I’ve been inside the stone’s twice, the first time at an army party and the second time as an Archaeology student. It is pretty magical, however if you do visit Stonehenge I’d recommend going to somehwere like Avebury Ring or West Kennet Long Barrow too as there are a lot of other amazing prehistoric monuments in England that get a bit over-shadowed by Stonehenge but are just as impressive.
