and it was really cool – nice feeling to it – great ideas for the way they operate. I only got a drink but the staff is really friendly and nice.

He had a conference to go to for his career and I had to tag along because I’ve always wanted to go to Chicago. I adore big cities.

To be honest I thought it was much bigger than it was and I didn’t see it all so North of the city on the shore might be what my mind was thinking but it was well worth the trip and visit. I loved it even if it didn’t match what my head had had in it for so long.

The coolest thing was how friendly everyone was, how awesome the transportation is and how beautiful the city is – that river and lake are amazing.

and going to Wrigley Field this month really made me like and appreciate the game even more. I’ve been to some other stadiums and they don’t do anything compared to this field. The atmosphere was amazing – so genuine it isn’t even funny. The other thing that was great about this game was it was a double header, they were playing the Cardinals (a big rivalry) and the weather was PERFECT. I really enjoyed our game and I really loved the field. I still can’t get over how there isn’t advertising of the type of scale I’m accustomed to in Southern California and there is a fantastic view. It was a full house, the fans were crazy and I’ve never seen so many people wear so much team gear or team colors. Also, everyone was nice to each other even if there was a rival game going on – on the train home cardinal fans weren’t rubbing it in the cubs fans’ faces that their team had won. AMAZING!

there and this is my favorite little town. I wouldn’t mind moving to Metuchen if I had a job at Rutgers and enough money to buy one of the old Victorian homes.

live in this town. I hadn’t been back in about 29 years and recently went – it is nice to go see them.

went to school at the Naval Academy for two years. It is a nice small beautiful old town.

I visited my cousin K and we had a good time. My son saw a firefly for the first time at her house and we enjoyed her company. She took us around.

I went with my school or it could have been with Scouts? I can’t remember now. It was fun and we played china or japan or something. I was young. But I think this really was at the collesium – not Dodger’s Stadium, I went tonight and I saw the real dodger’s stadium and this didn’t seem like the memories I have of the 1984 game – so I must have been wrong.
