We were actually looking for 2 letterboxes there. We found one.

Definitely worth the time and money to go there. The teachers were top-rate! I don’t think I got into all the social activities as much.

It’s a 2 1/2 day workshop in February to learn the business of storytelling. I’m very excited!

This was amazing to see! Almost 20,000 scouts from Sweden and the rest of the world. And the camp is very well organized. I visited yesterday to see my teenage son there. We stopped a few minutes to see the crafts workshops going on… like glass bead making. What a wonderful opportunity for these young people. I hope my son enjoys it and appreciates it.

Well, I just need to drop off my 14-year old son or to pick him up. Our local scout troop is going to carpool for transportation. Hope he has a great time there!

We went there today to take my youngest son to swim class. Our favorite swimming pool is there in Hässleholm – Q-poolen.

My 2 oldest sons climbed all the way to the top of Flat Iron, while I waited about halfway up with my youngest son at the time. Thank God for young sons, so I have an excuse to take it easy!

As they returned to where I was waiting, one of the boys asked me, “So what were all those crosses for on the way up?” “People who have died there,” I answered. Boy, they hadn’t realized what a dangerous climb it was until I explained the crosses (and they were heading down).

We went on a boat tour on the Colorado River, leaving from Fisher’s Landing near Martinez Lake. It was so beautiful on the river there and such a sharp contrast to the desert surrounding it! We had a great guide who took us past petroglyphs, desert bighorn, a stone cabin and a few other stops. So worth the time and money to go on this tour!
