Spectacular Ghost Town

Bodie is off the beaten path but well worth the detour! The buildings are amazing. It is being preserved in a state of arrested decay! Absolutely wonderful place! The weather is always extreme - either super hot or cold and windy. Don’t try to go in the winter - you can’t get there!
