I have gone on many rafting trips here from Sand Hills to Bluff. It is really amazing. The last time I was there all of the waterfalls were flowing and the sand waves were incredible. The water was the highest it had been since our guides had been on the river.

It really is one of the most gorgeous places I have ever visited. And very untouristy…no shops, no chain stores…the way life should be! We rented a place in Calibishie and rented a car and went all over the place. I can’t wait to go back!

Chile is an amazing place. Long and skinny, with such a variety of terrain, people, and architecture. I spent a lot of time living in a rented room in Ancud, Isla de Chiloe. It was amazing.
