I got to Oahu Mondy to start school. I got myself a bike and I’ve already got lots of use out of it. The wildlife is awesome and it definitely does rival NY with the prices of everything. I’m used to it. Now I just gotta find some really good places to eat around here… especially for those on a budget like me. Any recommendations?

Looks like I’ll actually be taking an extremely long stay here being that I’ll be starting my college years at Chaminade in August. Which, I’d have to say is awesome since HI seems like a “gateway island” towards Asian countries. Hopefully, it’ll serve as one while I’m living there. That way I’ll be able to knock a few more countries off my list.

Life here is ok but it’s nothing more than that, life. I just know I guaduate in a few months and I will not hesitate to leave. Most of my family is across the Hudson (also where I was born). So, I go out of my way to make trips out to the city. There really isn’t much to Jersey. Perhaps, I’m a bit biased because I’m basically a New Yorker residing in Jersey City, but there is truth to what I’m saying. Come here if you want. I won’t be the one to recommend you do.
