Great place to eat before 4pm. Yes, the name really is “The Neighborhood Restaurant,” but it’s often affectionately referred to as “The Neighborhood.” Go hungry. Food specials are around $7.99 for breakfast, $8.99 for lunch, and include many extras. And the $8.99 buffet is totally worth the money, especially if you’re poor and hungry. Yum!

Local dive at its finest

Often has free gigs, but not always. Beer is cheap. Don’t eat the hot dogs, no matter how hungry you are! Locals and regulars are a hoot.
