Took some photos of this place for my photography class. That’s the one your seeing right now. Nice place, I live & work here in Cork.

i’ve been here for almost a year. interesting place to get some nice photos with historical places as background. cheap electronic/computer goodies to buy and lots of shopping malls. i bought my laptop here. cheap clothes esp in pratunam but be careful as heavy people traffic comes too often during the weekends. crocodile meat for sale in the supermarket if you are up to it. and i even saw roasted scorpions and crickets as food delicacies along soi 3. experience bone stretching traditional thai massage. lots of internet access/cafes and international phone booth around to keep you in touch with folks back home. almost every important place to go to in bangkok is readily accessible or near a train station, MRT underground or BTS elevated. elephants walking along the streets and roads of bangkok are normal. thai people seems to be nice with tourists and readily give help if needed. everytime i buy some icecream or food in the counter, it seems i’m given more of it in my plate than the locals simply because they know i’m not local. visit bayok tower (in photo, bangkok’s highest bldg) and have dinner at the top, overlooking bangkok and the sweet sunset :)
