That’s what I thought it was when I first heard about it. A place dear to my heart. Even after moving over to the DC area, when I needed time to think or to get a way from it all I’d hop in the car and take a midnight run down for a sandwich, hot choco and a donut.

I heard it’s not 24hrs anymore, which is sad. But you can’t beat the place with any other deli or diner in the area.

So glad the windy city wasn’t so windy as I was there over the holiday. Usually that cold weather really freezes me. Thanks Chicago!

There is only one thing wrong with Toronto….
It’s called winter. heh.
And even that they do fairly well.

Probably the place I felt most in tune with in my short stay in Japan. Really enjoyed the atmosphere and surroundings. If I come back, and I have excessive amounts of money, I’ll probably want to stay near here.

This is a nice city, small but with plenty to do. Place is cheap, food is great; and all around good deal.

Plus, I stayed in the Mandarin Oriental!!! I’ll never be the same. :)

My mother’s hometown.

I was especially suprised to see cruise ships coming in now; I guess the caribbean side is now prone to tourism.

Great little town, fun people. Quick trip down to the beaches. Worth visiting.

Lovely place with lots of forestry surrounding its suburbs. Kinda not my place since it would seem everyone wants to be “near the city but not in the city! ick!” but I lived there 5 years and I have very few bad memories.

Until you live or work there. Then you kinda wish the visitors would go away…. heh.

Love the place looking forward to the reimmersion of multiculture when I get back.
