But now it’s all crowded with laptops and such. Strange to see one cafe struggle, and another in the same location, much of the same fare, suddenly do so well.

I just went to the Pequods on Clybourn that was just remodled. It’s almost classy!

The music and staff still leave a bit for me to desire, or alot really, but the pizza is so nice, and the new booth was cushy….

I do recommend it if you are in the area.

...that I’m seeing everywhere now called Cosi.

It is a unique little asian joint, that is quirky and inexpensive. Seated and served fast, I’m not sure what else I would want.

Yellow interior walls adorned with rows and rows of pez dispensers, 80’s lunch boxes and various tin toys allow the eye to wander joyfully.

I really like this place…

...have I been to this place.

It was not my first time there, but my first time in some time. It was great fun, and I plan on returning shortly on some fine afternoon to repeat the viewings, and will bring my wife, this time, too…

I try to see a little of the lake everyday. It is a wonderous thing, and nice to have a little of a horizon line, even when in the depths of the city.

It’s like a big valve, or sorts, for the city pressures, and city’s pressures…
