Cafe Express - Main, Evanston

Tis gone...

…and renamed as well.

But now it’s all crowded with laptops and such. Strange to see one cafe struggle, and another in the same location, much of the same fare, suddenly do so well.

Pequod's Pizza, Lincoln Park

Newly remodled...

I just went to the Pequods on Clybourn that was just remodled. It’s almost classy!

The music and staff still leave a bit for me to desire, or alot really, but the pizza is so nice, and the new booth was cushy….

I do recommend it if you are in the area.

Cozy Noodles, Evanston

It's not a part of that larger chain...

…that I’m seeing everywhere now called Cosi.

It is a unique little asian joint, that is quirky and inexpensive. Seated and served fast, I’m not sure what else I would want.

Yellow interior walls adorned with rows and rows of pez dispensers, 80’s lunch boxes and various tin toys allow the eye to wander joyfully.

I really like this place…
