My friend, along with two other fitness instructor’s are abseiling down the castle for charity. And she’s scared of heights!

I went to college in Lewes, so I was pretty near the castle. I always thought it was pretty awesome, in my first year, that I could look out the window in English class and see a castle.

is the gym. I do quite a few classes there, when there aren’t any good ones going at my gym. I’ll be there tomorrow, at 0615! The rest of the town is quite scummy, though.
