I was here for a weekend a couple of years ago. I wasn’t particularly impressed with the city as it was under a bunch of construction. Much of the tourist area we came to visit was closed due to the construction. Shopping and restaurants were nice. Beautiful statues and fountains. Day trips out of the cities to the surrounding towns with vineyards (like St Emilion) are more than worth the trip to the big city.

Spent a couple of days here wandering the shops and street vendors with friends. It is a beautiful town, made for visitors. Found cheap accomodations just outside of town on the bus line.

A beautiful town between Nice and Monaco. Absolutely worth a visit while in the south of France, if only for the views.
