I loved Galicia. There’s something magic about it… Sometimes you feel like you are in Hobbiton other times you feel like you are in the little gaule village (Asterix!)... in any case it’s incredible green and beautiful and people are.. amazing. I just loved it.

The city is nice, but I guess I would not recommend going there for the sake of visiting Rochester. If you are driving by, is a nice stop.

It’s a nice place to live/work since is quiet and has everything closeby … But the whole city is Mayo and IBM and that’s just it…

Ranks almost first in my “most loved cities”.
Been there only for a week in 1999. Maybe is because I didn’t have huge expectations about it (I’ve visited right after Paris – from which I expected a lot and it was ok) but London was a surprise. Great city life… Loved Hyde Park… and just walking down the streets of London

Spent a month road-tripping france, mostly the north, Paris, and some places in south, eating mostly cheese, pate and baguettes, and a creppe from time to time ;)

I’ve travel to Rio several times, but long ago. My last trip to Rio was my 15 years old birthday present (so long ago ;), it was incredibly fun… besides all the typical places, we took a boat trip to some of the surrounding islands, the most beautiful beaches I can remember

I’m actually from Uruguay :) So, not only I’ve been here… I lived here until a couple of years ago.

There are many nice places to visit in Uruguay, the whole east cost has many beautiful beaches & cities/towns (Punta del Este, La Paloma, Punta del Diablo, Cabo Polonio, etc), Colonia del Sacramento (in the west) is also a beautiful place (but this is a river coast, not sea/ocean).
Montevideo is a great city too, not really turisty, but still a lot of great places to visit.
