Oregon Museum Of Science And Industry

Worth visiting!

A review of this place: LOVE this place!

GREAT educational place, fun for kids and for grown-ups. :) I’ve enjoyed going here since I was a young kid, and I’d still enjoy going there today as an almost 30-year-old adult.

Lots of hands-on stuff to do, new exhibits regularly, and tours of a decommissioned submarine all at the museum. SO cool!

Silverton

Worth visiting!

Why I recommend this place to visitors

Silver Falls State Park is beautiful. The trails are not difficult to hike, and you can walk behind two of the waterfalls. It’s a nice, relaxing way to get away from the world for a while.

A review of this place: Nice small town

This is a nice small town. I love it. I enjoy living in and near it. When I first moved back to the Pacific Northwest, I lived in Silverdale. It’s a nice, fairly quiet little town, and I’d recommend it. :)

I LOVE Portland!

Washington Park, with the Zoo (GOTTA do Zoo Boo at Halloween…), OMSI, the Rose Gardens, Waterfront Park, Saturday Market, I love it all!! My high school prom was at the Art Museum. Beautiful, and wonderful!

Portland is a beautiful city. Very friendly, open, green!

Nice, quiet town

Nice little town, with lots of history! Called Viking Town by locals, with a Viking Festival every year.

Quaint little Nordic old town area with lots of antique shops and bakeries.

A short (half hour) ferry ride from Seattle.

San Diego

Worth visiting!

My second home

I lived in San Diego for 6 years, and miss it terribly! I loved the weather, the beaches, everything!

For those into the Goth scene, I HIGHLY recommend (if you can find it!) checking out the club Sabbat, on Saturday nights.

Country music fans… it’s InCahoots, in Mission Valley, all the way!

Washington State

Worth visiting!

I live across the Sound from Seattle

I grew up in the Pacific Northwest, so when the opportunity came to move back “home” I jumped at it!

I love it here, and think it’s the best place to raise a family.
