It’s where I grew up, and where my parents still live. It’s becoming much too commercial for my tastes, but I do miss the surrounding area from time to time.

My husband and I went last night to celebrate our three-month-iversary. I think we go so often that they’re starting to recognize us there. I got the chicken coconut soup, Thai iced tea, and green curry with squid. Husband had panaang curry with squid, golden triangles, and another Thai iced tea. We finished it off with coconut ice cream. Yum!

This is certainly not anyplace I would go if my fiance didn’t live there. That being the case, this (or a town near it) will be my home in about a year and a half. It was worth visiting because he’s there. :)

This is a wonderful place to go with a picnic lunch, a kite, and people you love.

We used to go once or twice a summer when I was growing up. It’s one of the things I miss the most now that I’m not living in ME anymore.

I went when I was in the area with my college pep band for a hockey game. It was worth it if only to say I’ve been, but I don’t think I’d ever make a special trip of it.

I went here to see my boyfriend graduate from AIT. Not particularly a place to visit if you don’t have a reason to, but for me it was certainly an exciting trip, having never been to Arizona. Not to mention that I hadn’t seen him for about six months at that point.
