I’m planning a 2 week trip to Scotland in late june until early july. My boyfriend and I have booked a lodge on the edge of Loch Lomond for the 1st week and are planning to B&B it up towards Fort William and Loch Ness in the 2nd week. I want to climb Ben Nevis (at least partly).

Any suggestions?

I went to university here and love the city. It feels really small and safe despite being a city and the nightlife is ok. The shops are good – with a nice range of boutiques in addition to the normal chains.

Went here for a friend’s 21st birthday a couple of year’s ago – had great bars and clubs. I also went to the Metro shopping centre, which was huge. We then stayed in a log cabin in the middle of park and forest land, which was really chilled out. Recommended.
