I’ve lived in Florida my whole life and can’t imagine being anywhere else. I have a deep and profound love for the Gulf of Mexico. There is no other place I wish I was born at or that I want to die at.
over 3 years agoI went up and down the coast of California and loved it. One of the best places was the wharf at Santa Cruz. When you walk down and get closer to the end, you start to hear a strange barking sound. You soon realize the sound is coming from the large group of seals at the end of the pier. There are holes cut out of the wood and you can look down and watch the seals slip and slide through the water and rest on the wood beams. It was the highlight of my vacation.
