Farnsworth House

Worth visiting!

It is truly a great house!

I went to see it before Lord Byron sold it. It was wonderful to be in. There really wasn’t/isn’t any privacy in it but the materials are wonderful and the view out is great too. Lord Byron had a great collection of outdoor sculptures in the garden. I hope that is still there!

LOVE this garden!

It is just a jewel hidden away. I haven’t been there since the gates have been installed but it was wonderful the three times I had the pleasure to see it.

My dad was visiting and wondered what the point was. I really didn’t know what to tell him. Very short and silly.
