For young people, Cape Coral is the kingdom of retirement homes and palm trees. Its rather boring. One of the only perks is the close location to the local beaches.
For middle-aged people, its an ideal location. Its a perfect place to raise a family. There are many schools and numerous desirable neighborhoods. Waterfront property is everywhere for boaters. Cape Coral has the 2nd lowest crime rate in Florida.
For our elders, its paradise. The laid-back environment and typical Florida weather make it ideal for a full-time residence or a summer home.
