don’t take your o.c. for granted guys! after i moved to new jersey, and going to the jersey shore, i longed for the solitude of the upper beaches of o.c.. there are a few other mid-atlantic beaches, but to me, they don’t compare to ocean city. it’s cheaper, much cleaner than a lot of other beaches, and the people tend to be more friendly. but it’s best to go late summer, around the middle to end of september.
over 5 years agoi love harper’s ferry with all of my heart and soul. i try to go as often as possible. if you’re going in the summer, try to get to the flea market. i’ve gotten so many awesome things from there. also, if you’re traveling from the east to h.f., stop at ingram’s diner on rt. 70. $3 breakfast plates, and it’s good down home cookin’. love!
over 5 years agonew brunswick is dirty, grimey, and gross. frat boys and dumb girls are abound. but, if you’re passing through for some god-awful reason, please stop and eat at the grease trucks at rutgers. if you’re on a “diet” just suspend it for a moment or two and enjoy a “fat cat” sandwich. do it! i promise it’s worth it.
