When visiting Overture Hall, be sure and get to the roof-top garden. It’s awsome. If the glass stairway is too scary, use the elevator.

Plano is where the Farnsworth House is located. Plano is located near the Fox River, Aurora, Naperville, and Northern Illinois University. When I was there earlier this month, I noticed large housing developments. I imagine these homes are for people that commute to Chicago.

I visited on a very hot day. There were many, many books, cats available for petting, beautiful birds, and two black chickens running around on the floor. When they named the bookstore “wild,” they were right!

It’s awsome, a dream week-end house. When inside this house, you feel part of nature. All you see are trees, grass, and the Fox River.

I was there ten years ago. It’s unforgettable.

I went there with a friend, in the winter. The restaurant was celebrating because they could begin to sell their “hemp” bread.
The food and bread is excellent. My friend and I enjoyed it.
