If you go to Minas Gerais you should see Ouro Preto. It is beautiful there. Once it has been the capitol City of Minas or even Brasil – i can’t remember. I think, the “revolutioner” Tira Dentes was sentenced to death and killed in Ouro Preto. Milton Nascimento comes fron this Area. The Clube da Esquina too. Because there were a lot of mines, everybody who got rich in Ouro Preto donated a church to the City. They have many many churches in this small town. And… the carneval is absolutly fantastic in this small university-city. I loved it there!

I visited Be Aga four times. It is not a beautiful city. But it is the City in Brasil were persons live, who i consider my family.

You find about 4 or 5 famous Museums at the Museumsinsel. Pergamon, Bode, Altes Museum, Deutsch-Historisches Museum and more. There is the beautiful Berliner Dom too. I love this place and you will too!

there are other places in Brasil less dangerous and much nicer. But as a huge City at the Border of a Sea it is a interesting and beautiful City.
