suburbia, pleasantville, the location of martha stewart’s neighborhood..

cary is an acronym for city area of relocated yankees. it’s a nice place if that’s what you’re going for.

it’s an iffy place to be. some places are suburbia, and others are the most breathtaking landscapes you will ever see. from the mountains, to the sea, to our big cities – everyone will find something they like. it is a slower pace here, our traffic is next to none and people don’t race to get from one day to the next.

it has lost a lot of it’s southern feel, at least near the capital raleigh. but it’s still love.

i go to school in somewhat sleepy fredericksburg. the night life is pretty much none, the college runs on it’s own, and it’s hard to get places.

but the people you meet, the small shops downtown, the restaurants, the rappahannock, and every aspect of this town is worth it. it’s where memories are made and dreams are fulfilled.
