Family there
I traveled to Bali (Ubud) years ago, and my father eventually settled in Jakarta and married a Javanese woman. He lived there until he died, and I plan on going back there someday to meet my two younger brothers! The people are so warm, and it’s such an exotic, creative place.

De Madrid al Cielo
I lived in Madrid for about five years total. I loved it, it still feels like home, and I miss it terribly! The moment I stepped off the plane on my first trip there, I felt like I had arrived home, somehow… like I really finally belonged somewhere. It changed my entire life, right down to my career.
