Worth visiting!
Utah Lake is famous for its dirty water – but much of that is due to the lake’s shallowness, which allows mud and sediment to be easily stirred up. The beaches (especially in the south) are generally littered with dead fish, but the area near the marina offers a splendid view when the weather is nice.
Lagoon is fun with the rides and all, but the absolutely best time to go is during Frightmares in October. This is when they have all the haunted houses and crazy shows.

I was in the most awesome thunderstorm ever. You haven’t experienced lightning if you haven’t experienced it in Wichita. I thought the whole world was going to explode :S
