I have friends at the school who I went to visit … walking through the gates for the first time was like walking into one of those dream schools that aren’t supposed to exist in real life. It was amazing.

I have family upstate, and I’ve visited Manhatten a couple times, and driven around everywhere else … it’s an amazing, gorgeous, fascinating state. Definitely worth a visit. I don’t know if I could ever live here—I’m a Northern California girl after all—but I loved the time I spent in the state.

I live here, it’s amazing, and if you don’t appreciate it, you should leave for a while and then come back. You’ll realize what you’re missing.
