For a great view of Mt. Ranier, and a wonderful 360 view of many other peaks in the area, go up to the Sunrise visitor center, and hike up to the Burroughs Mountains. The view from the 2nd peak is amazing – you are right next to Ranier, and about half way up the mountain!

DC is probably my favorite city in the US! There is so much to see and do, and if you’re into photography, there’s tons of opportunities for awe-inspiring images. Not to mention the architecture, history, and culture!

I’ve been to Chicago once, to see a good friend of mine run the marathon. Didn’t get too much of a chance to sight-see, or do too much really, so I want to go back!
