We found our way to Kailua on our last day in Oahu. The waters were calmer than North Shore ;) and the sand was really fine. This seems to be the spot for kayakers. We’ll definitely go back and make a stop at the local zippy’s for portuguese sausage, eggs and fried rice. YUMMY!
over 5 years agoGuam will always be number one in my book. The HOT Sun, beautiful beaches, the rain, family and friends. :) It took leaving the island to realize how beautiful and wonderful life was on Guam. Although it is very small, you can have a different adventure everyday of the week, from going boonie stomping, to snorkeling, to driving around the island of eating at all the yummy restaurants. Nothing beats the taste of the food that I grew up with. I’ll be taking the family back next year, my son’s first time. He’s really excited.
over 5 years agoI grew up on Guam but I think I became a grown up in San Francisco. I love the city but most of all I love the San Francisco Bay Area.
