They closed down a while ago

Growing up, my parents had a picture of this on the wall in the dining room. I asked my dad what it was and he said “it’s where we put Aunt Susie when she was bad.” I just took his word for it, until I grew up and knew better :)

It was funny to see the place where they “put Aunt Susie” after all these years.

I guess a traveling event like Lebowski Fest breaks 43places structure, since I went to the Seattle one, not the Louisville one.

The first and last time I went to this place, the wait was over 90 minutes. The pizza was just so-so, not as good as Tutta Bela, and definitely not worth the wait.

On Saturday, Venessa and I went to the Leschi BluWater for s’mores, on a recommendation from Alan.

The platter comes with a little fire so you can cook your marshmallows to perfection. It was a lot of fun, and gave rise to what might be the follow-up to Burrito Day: Cooked On An Open Fire Day…

Yum! Great food, overbearing service. The waiter bothered us twice after delivering the salad, saying “Salad still OK with you?” He must have made 10 needless visits to our table over the course of the meal.

Don’t get the “large” salad if there are less than 4 people at your table. It’s served on a plate the size of a cafeteria tray!

went again in April. Unforgettable experience.

Went there with Amber for lunch today. It was so good I was tempted to order another.

I leave for Israel in three weeks!

Wanted to go here while in NYC but didn’t get the chance.
