Small country with one of the oldest democracys on this planet.

Small town compared to other countries, biggest town in iceland. Definitely worth a trip.

I’ve been to Cannes for Cisco Networkers 2004.
Beautiful beach and first row of hotels and beyond in the small streets not very clean, many empty houses with scruffy fassades and broken windows next to good hotels.
Overrated and ay to expensive.

I was there for the Cisco Networkers 2002 in the congress center. Did not much see much of the town, but the evewnings in small bars near the harbor tasted for more.

Kleiner aber feiner Zoo in Darmstadt. War früher ein Schulzoo und hat auch heute noch viele pädagogische Angebote.
Hat auch kleines aber schön angelegtes Aquarien- und Terrarienhaus allerdings nur mit Süßwasseraquarien.
Ein paar kleinere Affenarten werden auch in dem Zoo beherbergt.

Zoo in mittlerer Qualiät.
Interessant ist die Katze, die sich offenbar mit einem Bären im Zoo angefreundet hat.

Berlin ist eine einzige Baustelle.
Versucht doch mal, die Baukräne auf dem Bild zu zählen (die Antwort weiß ich aber auch nicht).

Way apart from the normal touristic centres in a small deep river valley in the south of mauritius lies a crocodile farm which openes as a zoo.
Next to thousands of crocodiles breeded for their leather is a “Jurassic Parque” with a herd of about 200 full-grown giant tortoises where you can actually join them and even sit on them.
