I grew up here, so I’m a little biased. It’s a gorgeous town, with lots of things to see during the day, if you’re into the historical, or even just the very pretty.

The problem is that, after the sun goes down, there’s nothing. A couple of restaurants, and if you’re lucky, a game or a movie worth watching in the theater. But there are no bars, or really any nightlife to speak of. Your best bet is to rent some movies and stay in for the evening. Either that, or just make a day trip of it on your way to the beach or whatnot.

I’ve lived only a few hours away for my entire life, but I’ve never been. Situation must be rectified, post haste.

One of the most fantastic cities I’ve ever been to.
