over 6 years agoa couple of friends and i decided to take a road trip to Arkansas on New Year’s Day – it was very nice – of course we didn’t leave until midnight so I didnt really see any of the scenery until I was half asleep. we drove up to Hot Srings and it was really pretty – I have never seen hot springs before – really made me want to go for a dip but wasnt prepared for that. The hills were very pretty (i am from the very flat southern Texas area) — i imagine the trees and everything are even prettier in the spring when everything is in bloom – but still it was more impressive than i was expecting – i really like the colors. Hot springs also had a really quaint town and early in the morning before anything is open and anyone is out and about it is very peaceful.
