I went there in the same trip as Argentina. We visited only the south of the country (Patagonia, Tierra de Fuego). Really worth visiting.

I went there on December 2004, mostly visiting Buenos Aires and Patagonia. Absolutely recommended. People there are great and they really like to talk… a lot !. Needless to say, scenery is stunning, living glaciers are something unforgettable.
