I flew through Chicago on my way from Denver Colorado to Charleston SC. I was very impressed with how nice this airport was. I was fearful that it was going to be as HUGE and busy as the Atlanta Hartsfield airport but it was not. I took a couple of photos of the P41 fighter that they have hanging in one of the concourses but I dont have it with me right now.over 7 years ago

I flew from Charleston SC to Denver Colorado to visit with my friend and his family. My friend lives in Littleton Colorado just outside of Denver. We spent from 11 am Friday until around 9pm driving around the foothills near the Coors Plant. All day Saturday we drove up into the Rocky’s near a lake called something like Elsie, not sure of the name. Anyway, it was absolutely beautiful. I took 163 images and three videos to bring back. If you want to see them send me an e-mail at jcmoffittatgmaildotcom and I can send you a link. I would LOVE to live in Colorado however I did notice that the air is MUCH thinner there and I found myself out of breath quite a bit. We visited Buffalo Bill’s grave and the gift shop right next to it. What a beautiful state.over 7 years ago
Holy cow people. This is TRULY an International Airport because I think it would be easier to list the carriers that do NOT fly in and out of there vs the ones that do. I have flown in and out of this airport more times than I can remember. I have friends and family in Houston Texas and I usually wind up flying from Charleston or Savannah to Atlanta and have to lay over and catch a new flight to Texas. The trains are pretty nice and manage to shuttle millions of folks to the different terminals. Be sure to give yourself atleast 2 hours lead time to get there and find your way around. Very nice airport.over 7 years ago
