I did a month-long NOLS kayaking course out of Petersburg in 2006 – it was really amazing to be out in the wilderness that long and make such an amazing journey.

Denver is one of the best cities anywhere. Nice weather, fun downtown, very walkable, lots of recreation, people are nice, lots to do, etc. Once you’ve been there, you can’t stay away for long.

I’m a student here. It’s a nice place – not too uptight and workaholic, and the spring and fall are nice. Winters can be bad – you can get cabin fever if you don’t make sure to get out a lot. Chicago’s a really great city, too, so it’s really nice to have that at your doorstep.
